How to Delete Your Account and Data

In-App Deletion

1. Open the Shimmers app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Navigate to the “Options” menu.
3. Find and tap the “Delete Account” button.
4. Confirm the deletion. This is an irreversible action.

Once you confirm, all of your account information and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Email Request

Alternatively, you can send an email to shimmersapp@gmail.com requesting the deletion of your account and all associated data.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon confirmation, the following types of data will be deleted:

• Personal profile information
• Conversations and game history
• User preferences

Retention Period

There is no additional retention period. Data is deleted immediately upon confirmation.
